Due to the nature of our garments being handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason.
How long is shipping and processing?

All items are already made and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
How should I care for my Oddure pieces?

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Air dry only

Avoid high heat, bleach, and harsh detergents.
How do i know my size?

Please refer to the measurements listed in each product description. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar garment you already own for the best fit.
Are there any flaws?

Each Oddure piece is handcrafted, which means minor imperfections may occur. These details are part of the uniqueness of handmade garments and should not be considered defects. However, all product photos are exact, unedited images of the item you will receive.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. We offer free repairs for the first 7 days after delivery. Once a tracking number is provided, the package is no longer under our control; however, all packages are insured. If we are unable to repair the garment, please file a damage claim with the shipping carrier.
